A.S.P.C.A. - Job Description
When
the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (A.S.P.C.A.)
learned that Golden Globe winner Kim Catrall from HBO's "Sex In The
City" was willing to volunteer her time to appear in a public service
announcement, they jumped at the chance. But execution of the job
demanded quick turnaround based on Kim's limited schedule, so veteran
agency producer Maureen Phillips hired Crooked River Productions.
"Last summer
I contacted Brian Bennhoff at his Crooked River Production office and
asked him if he would produce a celebrity driven PSA that was due to shoot
in 2 days. He agreed immediately and got to work. Brian pulled
of an amazing feat that week. He handled every aspect of the shoot
and it went off without a hitch. His production savvy and patience
were extraordinary. Thanks Brian!"

Moving from concept
to camera wrap in just three short days, Crooked River successfully
delivered budgets, crew and vendors, logistical solutions, and
celebrity amenities while keeping the set running smoothly.
The spot was directed by television director Dennis Erdman and
shot by British cameraman Steven Chivers. Also in attendance
was Darren Starr, creator of the "Sex In The City" series.
