The premise in this spot for the Cellular Telephone Industry Association (CTIA), an industry advocacy group, was to demonstrate how working wirelessly via mobile devices helps lessen pollution, greenhouse gases, and paper waste.
Reversing the footage shot of each of these detriments helps prove that point – paper goes back into the copier, a falling tree is restored, and pollution is pulled out of the sky.
Shot in Albuquerque and Salt Lake City, the locations were vital to creating a convincing case for the CTIA’s position.
And the falling tree? It was part of a planned lumber harvest on Native American tribal lands.
